Submitting a form on our website does not initiate a hard credit inquiry. If you choose to proceed with a funding provider, that provider will disclose what credit review its process requires before it takes place.

We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect your information, and retain it only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy or as required by law.
